No, your greatest resource is not time. It is YOU. If you do not get enough sleep, exercise and relaxation, you find that you become less and less productive. You begin to work longer and longer hours, which is the exact opposite of what you want. What you should be doing is making sure you are in the best shape. It is useful to remember that you need a break of 15 minutes after every one and a half hours of work.
Taking breaks and getting fresh air and exercise is one of the best ways of working smarter, not harder. But the most important thing to remember is to accept when we are ready to switch off that computer and not fill up the time with even more work!

Struggling and stretching trying to survive with her son TJ, her girl, Charlene, offers them a one way ticket to New York. With a chance to revamp her current situation, Shay is overwhelmed with gratitude knowing that her girl reached out. Charlene isn't in the best of situations herself, physically and mentally abused by her boyfriend she sought hard to obtain his approval.
Was her love offering all in vain? In two years, Shay finds herself traveling through the boroughs of NYC afraid to trust anyone, yet hiding her fear while trying to balance raising her family. Finding love in an unexpected place, Shay is finally free to let go and is finally able to move forward. I was so caught up in the drama, struggles, love and pain that I was able to read it in the course of one day. Although admittedly, I was totally wrapped up in this novel, I couldn't help feeling cheated. The editing was so bad that I was forced to reread sentences and look back over pages in an effort to make sure I wasn't overlooking things.
Jul 24, Tiffany rated it it was amazing. This was my first time reading from this author and honestly I wasnt sure what to expect but I really did enjoy this story. It was very well written and I think a lot of females can relate to this story. This story had a lot of great elements, I laughed, I was sad and there were parts I was happy and mad. She heads upstate to get an education so that she can have a better life when she has an encounter with the guy she thinks to be the man of her dreams. They have their ups and downs as any typical realtionship, but what he does has Shay alone and fiending for herself I dont want to give too much away. Shay is definitly a character so many young girls can relate to, trying to go out there and make it and a man comes along and brings them down.
Shay has just so much will power to succeed and to not fail that she just keeps going so that she can make the best of what her life has become. This author does a really good job showing Shay as a character its like you felt like you knew her and could understand her ups and her downs and was proud when she was and sad when she was. I think so many people can relate to this book and see a postive outcome coming from it and I think a lot of young mothers out there who may have gotten lost need to pick this book up and see thats its possible to go on.
I know when I read this book I though of someone who I know could relate very well to Shay. Enoyed this book and cant wait to read more from this author!! Jan 02, OOSA rated it really liked it.
